I don’t know about you but there’s something about putting on makeup that always uplifts my mood. Especially when I put on red lipstick, I suddenly feel more confident and happier. If you’re part of my crew as well then you’ve come to the right place cause we (along with the MyGlammXO Beauty Creator fam) are giving you some inspiration to get out of your PJs, put on a cute outfit, and apply that gorgeous lipstick that’s sitting on your vanity and you’ll feel a whole lot better.

The Best Red Lipstick Makeup Looks That MyGlammXO Beauty Creator Fam Rocked

Colour Blocking All The Way

Who says pink and red don’t go well together? Just look at this colour blocking look that Languilu Rongmei created. Start with your eyeshadow and blend a neutral pink shade into the crease and then create dimension with a darker colour. Finally, apply a magenta, glitter pigment to the lids to finish them off. Do your base by taking time to blend in the products and then complete the makeup by applying a bright, red lipstick. You’re a diva, babe!

A Look For All Seasons

You can never go wrong with fluttery lashes, a sharp winged liner, and a red lip. It’s a look that works for the day and night and makes you look put-together all the time. If you’re a makeup newbie, this is a great time to sit and practice matching your wings cause you’re going to be indoors anyway. Try out this look and flaunt it on your Instagram, we’re sure that your crush is going to slide into your DMs.

Dolled Up

This look ain’t for the faint-hearted. It’s hot and fabulous and it’s a show-stopper for sure. If you want to match your liner to your red lipstick but don’t have a coloured eyeliner, just take a thin liner brush and dip it into your liquid lipstick and voila, your DIY red liner is ready!

So Firey!

Another look that is oh-so-fab is by Yamini Dogra. She created a deep red cut crease look with hints of sparkles to add that extra oomph. She added some warmth to her face with bronzer to balance out the look and added applied highlighter to the high points of her face. Gorgeous, right?

Get, Set, Glamm

TBH, red lipstick on its own is a statement but if you do want to elevate the look without putting in too much effort just add a shimmery, champagne shadow to your lids and go to town with the mascara. Fill in your brows cause they frame your face and you’re ready!
