Kartik Aaryan May Have Lost A KJo Film But He Has Already Planned His Next Move!

There’s some good news for all Kartik Aaryan fans who were disappointed when the news of him being kicked out of a Karan Johar movie opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan came out.

Kartik is all set for his upcoming film titled Luka Chuppi opposite Kriti Sanon. This is the first time the two will be seen together onscreen. Can’t wait to watch them set the screen ablaze with their sizzling chemistry.

Helmed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film is going to be shot in Mathura, Agra and Kartik’s hometown, Gwalior. It was reported that in Luka Chuppi, Kartik will be seen in the role of a star reporter for a local TV channel in Mathura while Kriti will play his love interest. The actors will need to speak in the local dialect and get the right lingo, and hence, the two have started prepping days before the film goes on the floors.

Kartik rose to fame with his impeccable monologue in Pyaar Ka Punchnama and then this chocolate boy became one of our favourites. No one does the romantic and witty boy better than him.

With his stint in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, he made us laugh with his phenomenal sense of humour while Kriti Sanon’s local accent and rapport with her onscreen father in Bareilly Ki Barfi stole the show. 

Given Kartik’s comic timing and Kriti Sanon’s skill to portray a desi girl, Luka Chuppi promises to be a fun-filled love story.
