Peel a banana and rub the inside of the banana peel on your teeth. Rub for about 2 minutes and then rinse it out.

Before brushing your teeth in the morning, take a teaspoon of coconut oil, then rub it gently on your teeth and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with water.
