Step 1: Apply glue all over your heels.

Step 2: Carefully spread it with a paintbrush, settling it into all nooks and corners.

Step 3: Sprinkle a generous amount of glitter all over the glue.

Step 4: Let it sit and dry for a while.

Step 5: Once dry,shake the extra glitter off your heel.
