Wedding Bells Are Ringing For Athiya Shetty-KL Rahul & We’re So Excited To See Them As Dulha-Dulhan

Amid an avalanche of celeb weddings (hello Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt) and baby announcements, this has been a busy month and it looks like we have more celebrations in store! We just got some hot goss about one of our favourite celeb couples and we can’t keep calm.

A little birdie tells us that Athiya Shetty is all set to get hitched to Indian cricketer KL Rahul and apparently the couple has already decided on a date. The two have been dating for over 3 years now and they recently decided to make things official!

According to a source close to Rahul and Athiya, the wedding preparation has already begun and the lovebirds are gearing up for a winter wedding. They are reportedly planning to tie the knot in a traditional South Indian wedding ceremony by the end of 2022.

So far, the couple has not made any announcement on the ‘Gram but we are staying glued to our screens just in case! We can bet that Athiya will make for the prettiest bride and we can’t wait for more deets about the shaadi.

When Athiya Met Rahul

As per the rumours mills, Rahul and Athiya were set up by their mutual friends and they hit it off right from the first date. Initially, they kept their relationship under the wraps, but the two made things public last year when the Motichoor Chaknachoor star accompanied Rahul on the Test series in England. Since then, their Instagram handless have been flooded with their PDA moments and we can’t get enough! 

Recently, Athiya dropped the cutest pictures with Rahul on the occasion of his birthday. She penned, “anywhere with you, happy birthday”
