Ours was a long distance relationship. We were in college which were in different cities. Just before I had to go back home for the summer break, he offered to come to the city I was studying in and travel back with me. We booked tickets in a sleeper bus. We had never spent alone time together before that.We finally got into the bus and we had the double upper berth at the end. It was a seven-hour journey, and luckily there were only a few other passengers that day. The darkness, the fact that it was our first time together alone like this, the warmth of us laying next to one another... Everything felt so different and exciting. As the bus started, he put his arm around me and looked right into my eyes for a long time. In a romantic husky voice, he asked me if he may kiss me. I loved the fact that he asked me and that’s when I just couldn't resist kissing him. So we kissed each other for the first time and that’s when I realized what a passionate kiss feels like. Really, it was like magic.
During one of our conversations, I’d mentioned to him that I really wanted to wear one of his shirts. It would feel relaxed and super comfy too. He surprised me by bringing my favourite shirt from his wardrobe and gave it to me. I asked him to close his eyes, so I could wear it right then! Before I could put on the buttons… I felt his hand touching me from the back and found that my Mr Mischievous hadn't closed his eyes at all.He pulled me towards him, and rolled me over on him and started kissing me again. He was kissing my neck and eventually, I was also ‘in the mood’ and didn’t want him to stop. He removed my shirt, and put his hands into my spaghetti, after which he snapped open the hooks of my bra. His hands were exploring my entire body. Honestly, I was ready for anything that could happen next.To my surprise, after kissing me all over, he dressed me up again, and said, ‘Baby, I respect your feelings. I know you don’t want to lose your virginity before marriage. So let me save this for our wedding night.’I had tears in my eyes. That’s what made me so sure of him. Even as a girl, when I was ready, he respected my feelings and remembered what I’d said to him earlier. He was, definitely the man of my life.
We kept talking… About life, about our parents, about our future together. I don't even know when I fell asleep. The next morning he kept laughing at my swollen lips, teasing how sensitive I was and that I'll always be roaming with those swollen lips after we get officially married. When I woke up and thought about everything that happened the night before, I was quite overwhelmed. I made out in a bus and had the much needed alone time with my boo like never before.Images: ShutterstockHave a story you’d like to share?
