Bollywood na hota toh humara kya hota?! Every time a filmi wedding is announced, we eagerly wait for the first look! In their wedding joda, the actresses look even more beautiful than in the movies! Here are 6 Bollywood bridal looks you need to check out for some fab hair and makeup inspiration.
1. Asin Thottumkal at her pheras
She’s the newest dulhan on the block and already the talk of the town! While she tied back her hair in a basic juda, her makeup enhanced her picture-perfect features. We love the defined winged eyeliner and dark brows. Winter calls for bold and dark makeup - her lipstick is a deep wine with a hint of red, with a generous amount of blush on the cheeks.
While she looked beautiful throughout the wedding, we are huge fans of her Mumbai reception look. A half updo with loose curls is a refreshing change from OTT hairdos. The dark eyebrows coupled with winged eyeliner defined her face. Her base was natural while the lips and cheeks had the subtlest tinge of pink.
Trust Masaba to carry off such a fun, bold look. While she tied her hair in a low bun, the strands were teased and twisted in the front for a sleek look. Thick winged liner with a pop-hued orange lipstick looked offbeat and fun. She balanced this by leaving the cheeks bare. Super thumbs up for trying out something new!
Soha played down her makeup since she wore an elaborate lehenga and heavy jewellery. The hair was tied in a bun and covered with a dupatta. The makeup was fresh with just the slightest hint of colour on her cheeks and lips. The eyes were kohl rimmed for definition, without the drama of a smokey eye. It’s the perfect makeup for a day ceremony or a summer wedding.
Geeta Basra went all out with her wedding look and looked gorgeous with smokey eyes and red lips. The cheeks had just the slightest amount of bronzer for some sheen and the hair was tied in a semi-bouffant high juda.
Dia Mirza made us go ‘wow’ each time a new picture of her bridal looks was released. For the sangeet ceremony Dia opted for fresh, dewy makeup. Her eyes were kept in focus with thick eyeliner. The blush was a natural pink while the lips were done up in nude. Dia’s lehenga was a bright blue so the makeup was subtle.
