How To Make Paneer Butter Masala - POPxo Food
Paneer butter masala is everyone's favourite when it comes to north indian food. Here is a simple recipe for you to make paneer butter masala at home. Ingredients: 1)Chopped tomatoes 3 2) Bay leaves 2 3) Kashmiri red chillies (whole) 3 4) Cinnamon sticks 2 5) Green chillies 2 6) Elaichi 3 7) Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 8) Cashew nuts ½ cup 9) Water 1 cup 10) Butter ½ cup 11) Slit green chillies 2 12) Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp 13) Red chilli powder 1 tbsp 14) Salt to taste 15) Paneer cubes 1 cup 16) Garam masala 1 tbsp 17) Sugar 1 tbsp 18) Cream 2 tbsp Method: - Cook tomatoes, bay leaves, kashmiri red chillies, cinnamon sticks, green chillies and elaichi. - Add the ginger garlic paste and cashew nuts. Use water if required. - Cook for about 10 min and grind them to a smooth consistency. - Keep the tomato masala aside. - Heat butter in another pan, add slit green chillies, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder. - Add the prepared tomato masala to it and cook for 5 min. - Now add salt, paneer cubes, garam masala, sugar and cream. Cook for 5 min and serve.
