Afterall, who can resist the love of that crispy aloo patty, the tangy organce sauce and goodness of lightly toasted buns? Well, we know you''d be drooling as you read this which is why we at #POPxo have got you covered as in today''s episode of POPxo Yummy we share with you the simple recipe of how to make McDonald''s style McAloo Tikki burger as home. Step 1: Grate 1 potato
Step 2: Add 1 cup wet Poha
Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of Pepper, Salt, Chilli Power, Garlic Power & Coriander Powder
Step 4: Roll the mixture
Step 5: Cut it into Tikkis
Step 6: Coat the Tikkis into a mixture of corn flour and water and bread crumbs.
Step 7: Stir fry the Tikkis in a pan with 2 teaspoon oil
Step 8: Add 2 teaspoon of mayonnaise to 1 tea spoon of ketchup to make the suace for the burger.
Step 9: Lightly toast the buns, add a layer of sauce, the aloo tikki, onions and tomato (from bottom to top) and the bun to complete.
