Ingredients: Oil 2 tbsp Boiled and Mashed Potatoes 1 Cup Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Dabeli Masala 2 tbsp Imli Chutney 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Onions 1 tbsp Peanuts 1 tbsp Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Nylon Sev 1 tbsp Pao Bhaji buns - 2 Butter 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Chutney 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp Method: - Add oil and cook potatoes. add water, salt, red chilli powder, dabeli masala, lemon juice, imli chutney and cook it. - Take a bowl, mix the potato stuffing with onions, peanuts, pomegranate, nylon sev and coriander leaves. - Take Pao Bhaji buns, roast the buns with butter. - Apply the chilli garlic chutney on the buns and stuff them with the potato stuffing.
