Making cake pops at home is the easiest, thanks to this Food recipe! After all who doesn’t love cake on a stick? Yummy, right?
1 basic sponge cake
4-5 Tbsp Chocolate ganache
Dark chocolate grated 200gm
6-8 Lollipop Sticks
Sprinkles for decoration
- Mash the cake, add ganache and make a dough like consistency.
- Make balls out of it.
- Insert the lollipop sticks dipped in melted dark chocolate and insert in the balls till 3/4th.
- Keep them in the freezer for 10 mins.
- Now dip the cake pops in melted dark chocolate and decorate them with sprinklers.
- Freeze them again for 10 mins.
