Don’t we all crave for the perfect body? We all just want to be fit and do so much to get that way. We go to the gym, we plan different types of workouts just to get in the right shape. From squats to push-ups to crunches, we have tried them all. But, when it comes to doing these workouts, then we just become hundred percent lazy. We make all kinds of excuses to not get up at five or six in the morning and put on our running shoes and go for a jog. It’s too cold or you have a headache and how can you workout on your periods; are just some of the main excuses that we girls come up with when it comes to actually working out.
