If there’s one Bollywood couple who has earned more baby-name headlines than any other, it’s Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Remember the entire controversy surrounding Taimur Ali Khan’s name? This is why the power couple had decided to keep the name of their second baby under wraps for some time. Earlier, Kareena had said, “We’re going to leave it to the last minute and then spring a surprise.”
Well, it’s been almost five months since the arrival of their baby number 2 and there have been no updates so far. However, it looks like we finally have some info to share with you guys. A little birdie tells us that the couple is currently addressing their little munchkin as Jeh. However, it’s still not clear if they would be naming their son Jeh as they are contemplating other names too. One of them being Saif’s fathers’ name—the legendary Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Aww…how sweet is that?
Saif and Kareena had received a lot of backlash when they had announced the name of their first baby, Taimur. Kareena had also opened up on an incident where a famous personality had shamed her for her choice of name just hours after she’d given birth. She said, “(A famous personality), on the pretext of visiting me and the baby, came up to me and in the conversation of actually saying congratulations, said that ‘what’s with you? Why would you name your son Taimur?’ And I was like, It hadn’t even been eight hours since I’d delivered. And I literally started crying. That person was asked to leave.” She also added that she later made up her mind to not let what people think to affect her one bit.
It’s unfortunate that people have to go out of their way to make others feel bad about their choices. Whatever happened to personal life choices? It’s high time that trolls realise that no one has the right to comment on anyone’s choices. Let’s try to make the world a better and positive place?
