Okay, I'm a little jealous of Soha Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor's vacay pictures right now. Do you see Kareena or Soha on the beach with a face full of makeup, no, you don't! Be like Kareena in real life too. Less is more here. Maybe apply a tinted moisturiser or a BB cream for even-toned skin.  Let your skin breathe for a change. 

2. Be An H2O Person!

Make it a point to start your day by drinking a tall glass of water. You see, water keeps your skin hydrated and flushes toxins away. It also clears your skin out and makes it supple. Make it more fun by adding natural flavours (lemons, cucumbers) and enjoying your very own flavoured water. You can also eat foods that have water in them. Your options include - watermelon, lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, peaches, strawberries.  

3. Master The Art of Exfoliation

5. Chilled Eye Patches Are The Besties!


Living in the city can be stressful. So much work and no time to play. Straining your eyes and not getting enough of sleep can get you panda eyes.
