All through the lockdown, we have had just a handful of those days when we were feeling truly ecstatic and today is one of them! Well, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are expecting their first baby and having documented every bit of their love story all this while, this legit feels like a personal celebration to us.
Absolutely running the risk of sounding like a filmy mom when I say that it feels like only yesterday when Virat was blowing kisses to rumored girlfriend Anushka after hitting a half-century on the cricket field while she sat in the stands cheering for him. And then it was 2017 and suddenly we found ourselves reveling in every bit of #Virushka as they had us going all “awwww” in a series of fairytale moments.
It started with their Manyavar advertisement where the two exuded undeniable chemistry and love-smitten vibe and even before we could bat our eye-lids, the two ended up tying the knot in a dreamy Tuscany wedding on December 11, 2017. Not lying when I say that, we legit spent days drooling over the happy pictures from one of the most picturesque weddings ever! They had, of course, blown the internet and had the entire country smitten so much so that they still keep doing rounds on the internet.

Moments after getting married, Virat took to Instagram to share one of the happiest pictures ever clicked. “Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey,” he wrote. Honestly, we cried, a lot!
