Season 9 of the dance reality show, Nach Baliye, has been garnering much buzz ever since its first episode was aired on television, courtesy the show’s concept of making ex-couples come together as a dance pair. One of the most talked-about pairs in the show is that of television’s first Komolika, Urvashi Dholakia and her (ex) partner Anuj Sachdeva. Now that the couple has made their grand reappearance on the show with the wild card entry, their fans want them to get back together, in real life too.
Not just the fans, the couple’s family has also been hopeful that the two will rekindle their romance. Now, according to the reports of an entertainment website, the couple has been spending an impressive amount of time together, both on and off the sets. Is something serious brewing here? We hope, yes! After, all where there’s love there will always be hope.
When Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt appeared on the show as a special guest, he was not only surprised to learn that the two are not dating anymore. Dutt even suggested that the couple reconsider their relationship and said that it’s possible for exes to end up being together. Is that a hint that Sanju Baba just threw for Urvashi-Anuj fans?
In a previous interview to a national daily, Anuj had said, “We had our own share of fights. We have known each other but have never worked together. We both have a different way of working but we don’t like to wash our laundry in public. There may be people who must be interested in showing their fights on the show. Does the audience want to watch that? Are they learning anything from the show?”
Nach Baliye 9 has given us some really controversial and entertaining episodes so far. From Urvashi accusing the makers of the show of ‘partiality’ to heated arguments between the contestants (remember the whole Madhurima Tuli and Vishal Aditya Singh fiasco?), the latest season has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions, drama and entertainment.
The 9th edition of the show has been produced by Salman Khan and it has been doing wonders on the TRP charts so far.
