Reality is stranger than fiction it’s said. That’s why we are absolute suckers for reality shows, I guess. From Bigg Boss to Indian Matchmaking, we have been watching these shows non-stop for a reason, after all. I mean to see real people on the screen, being ridiculous brings a sort of comfort, right? Well, this and the fact that we get some piping, hot tea if it happens to be a celeb-based show!
If that’s the case with you too then we have some information that will make you hella excited. Now, what that might be you ask? Well, *drumroll* (‘coz it’s that exciting), The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is returning with a season two, and (saying this sans an iota of exaggeration) we cannot keep calm!!!
Earlier today, Netflix India reality TV unveiled a slate of 41 titles that would be streaming in 2021 and TFLOBW is one of them. “Hume sachche kisse discuss karne hen,” says Bhawana Pandey in the teaser, and damn, we can already smell the drama.
Seriously, can’t Netflix India drop this season, already? Bhavana Pandey, Maheep Kapoor, Seema Khan, and Neelam Kothari are returning as the show’s key stars and we wonder if we will get to catch a glimpse of Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Pandey, and SRK in this season as well.
Exciting right?
Who can possibly wait for all this drama to unfold as the “seatbelts go off, the claws come out and the masks (metaphorical only) are taken off — it’s no holds barred.”
Wait there’s more. The season’s announcement comes with the possibility of “cool new company” as the Bollywood Wives return “with an all-access card to a world that everyone obsesses over.” “Sass, snark, sisterhood” is the motto this season and like the wives themselves say, “Let’s get this party started!”
TBH, we can’t wait to watch the ladies who put the “tea” in reality take over our screens once more.
