Yes, Ranveer and Deepika got freakin’ married. They released the pictures yesterday and the entire nation held their breaths. While some people actually had tears in their eyes because of the sheer happiness and beauty, others cracked the most hilarious jokes on their union, all in all, it’s been a festival!
Even though the wedding was in Lake Como, Italy it was a very traditional and intimate affair. From the jewellery to the ensembles, everything was an ode to the conventional Indian wedding.

The couple had two weddings- on the 14th was the Konkani one and on the 15th was the Sindhi wedding ceremony called Anand Karaj.
According to reports, every little detail had been planned to perfection. An Indian priest from Amristar was present to bind DeepVeer in holy matrimony. The couple even created a temporary Gurudwara in the villa where they got married. The decor boasted of blooming red roses which tied into the red theme of the outfits and varmalas picked by the two.
