The Kapoor family observed a prayer meeting yesterday to pay their respects to her. Along with that, her husband, Boney Kapoor also donated her favourite handwoven Kota saree from her collection to a non-profit charitable trust, Concern India Foundation, which has been put for auction.
The auction is being held on Parisera, a handcrafted products website, and the proceeds will be put into a trust that has programmes to benefit children, women, the differently abled, the underprivileged, and the elderly and works for education, health, and community development.
