If you don’t have stalker-ish tendencies like us, you might have missed the fact that Sonam Kapoor Ahuja permed her hair for her upcoming movie The Zoya Factor. She did take us through the process on her Instagram stories (which you can see here), but then she left the salon with a headscarf. We’ve been waiting SINCE to catch a glimpse of her new hairdo!

Usually, when actors are asked have a certain hairstyle for a role, they either use styling tools or make the most of a wig. But Sonam really just went for it and got her hair permed. For someone who has naturally straight hair, THIS is HUGE. While we’ve seen Sonam with curls, beachy and otherwise, seeing her with a big mop of curly hair is just new.
We are absolutely loving the big hair vibe and can’t wait to see what more of her looks.
