Selena Teaches Us A Lesson On How To Wear A Naked Dress

Wondering if the naked dress trend is still hot? Yes, it’s not going anywhere. Just when you think it’s gone, this (not-for-the-faint-hearted) trend comes back with a bang. It doesn’t matter if Rihanna wears it with a thong, or Kendall wears it with a string, it’s an ironic style that uses delicate and detailed designs to make a bold statement.

But Selena Gomez’s take on this trend came as a surprise. While it flaunts confidence, Selena’s Rodarte gown which she wore at Business of Fashion #BoF500 party romanticizes the look.

The ‘Fetish’ singer, unlike other celebs, chose a floral appliqué dress with beads from Rodarte’s Spring 2018 RTW collection, along with Tod’s clutch. The medium-translucent beige lace fabric allowed the high-waisted briefs a peek. What a way to rock the look! And don’t miss out on her bouncy deep side-parted bob and dark mauve lip shade though (you can get a similar one for yourself with M.A.C Matte Lipstick - Instigator). We are all for the old Hollywood vibes.
