Saumya Tandon Takes Baby Steps To Lose 9 Kilograms In 3 Months After Giving Birth

Actress Saumya Tandon made a mark in the industry with her great screen presence in Jab We Met. She may not have made it too big in Bollywood, but became one of the most popular faces in the telly world. She hosted numerous shows like Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout with Shah Rukh Khan, Dance India Dance for three seasons, Bournvita Quiz Contest, along with Derek O'Brien for three seasons and many others. The actress amassed a huge fan following as Anita Bhabhi in the hit daily soap Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai!

The actress broke a million hearts when she quit Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai! citing health issues. In November 2018, the actress surprised all her fans and followers by sharing the news of her pregnancy on Instagram. She and Saurabh Devendra Singh had their first baby this year.

She shared a picture of her flaunting the baby bump with a beautiful caption, "Woke up feeling like a magician today, feel like a superhero without a cape most days now, filled with blessing and godliness. Constantly excited by the buzzing in my head and the sudden pump of hormones; this promises to be a fascinating ride. The big news-I'm PREGNANT and trying to soak in every moment of it! From embracing her baby bump, doing pregnancy yoga to sharing first pictures of her son Miran, Saumya has eagerly shared her journey with her followers on Instagram. She welcomed her son on January 19.

Post delivering the baby, Saumya has started a new fitness routine to get fit. The actress took baby steps towards fitness and lost 9 kgs in three months. In a conversation with a daily, Saumya said, "My mid-back was hurting a lot as breastfeeding 10 to 12 times a day was quite exhausting. Sitting with the baby for half an hour every time to feed him, gave me backaches and neck aches too. I am taking baby steps with my exercise regimen."
