Actress Sameera Reddy is expecting her second baby with husband Akshai Varde. She is in the last trimester of her pregnancy. Ever since she shared the news, our Instagram feeds have been blessed with happy pictures. The Race actress flaunts her baby bump on social media and quite stylishly while at it. From chilling by the poolside in cute monokinis to being an absolutely adorable beach baby in breezy kaftans, she always looks amazing.
Yesterday, the mommy-to-be shared pictures from her Godh Bharai (baby shower) and we must say, she looks as fresh as a daisy. In a bright yellow custom Kanjivaram silk saree with a red and gold border, Sameera is all smiles and looks ready to welcome her second one. She completed her traditional South Indian look with a gajra wrapped around her bun, a shiny choker necklace and bright red lipstick.
Posting a picture with hubby Akshai and her four-year-old son Hans, she wrote, “Hearty laughter and inner smiles are enough to keep me happy for a lifetime! My Godh Bharai Bliss❤️.”

“Every girl needs a tribe and I’m super lucky to have the best,” wrote Sameera sharing this priceless picture with her girls. And damn right, she is!

Sameera has been very candid about her pregnancy. In an interview with a leading daily, she spoke about how things were different during her first pregnancy, “I was like what people will expect, and how fast I will lose my weight. But now I feel different, cool, charming. I remember I used to cover up a lot in my first baby but now I am like bring it on. I can also be hotter and pregnant. The women in our culture have become very accepting of a pregnant woman and why not.”

Recently, she also gave a befitting reply to netizens who trolled her for flaunting her baby bump, “Dear Desi Men, I’ve read comments you’ve written online about Sameera wearing a BLOOD Red dress with a cut out while pregnant. And true to your toxic form, some of you don’t approve of her bump showing. But then it’s 2019. And you do not have a say in what a woman chooses to do with her body. Anymore.”
