Don’t we all love it when we see happy, cheerful wedding images on our timelines? The couple who is getting all the love from the internet today is Bianca Maieli and Saima. Their pictures are the most heartwarming thing you’ll see today. What’s so special about it? While Bianca is a Colombian-Indian Christian, Saima is a Pakistani Muslim.
The same-sex couple’s love story started blooming after they met through mutual friends in 2014 at an event. The two tied the knot in April 2019, but Bianca took to her ‘gram a few days back to share her wedding pictures again. Ever since then, the loved-up images of the two have taken the internet by storm.
Now let us tell you what’s so unique about their wedding. Bianca and Saima planned a grand wedding ceremony that was a blend of the two diverse cultures. A Mayun ceremony (which is a Pakistani tradition similar to haldi ceremony), a colourful Mehendi, a fun dholki night and a gorgeous day wedding. And they did it all with such elegance. According to reports, the couple got married in Bianca’s dad’s backyard with 200 guests in attendance (mostly the couple’s friends and family). And the best part, it was a DIY wedding! Bianca and Saima’s friends got together and planned the whole decor.

Bianca wore an embroidered ivory saree by South Asian designer Bilal Hussain Kazimov. Saima’s black sherwani was also done by the same designer. The couple wore stunning gold and pearl jewellery to complement their bridal outfits. Just look at this pretty necklace!
We also love Saima’s gold-rimmed aviators. She sure has got her accessory game strong.
