I’m pretty sure everyone remembers the dreamy wedding of Samantha Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya in Goa last year. There was something magical and fun about that ceremony which just filled the entire country with love and mush. And now it’s almost time for their first anniversary.
Samantha has been promoting both her films, Seema Raja and U Turn, in Tamil Nadu and Hyderabad. At a promotional event for U Turn Samantha spoke about their anniversary plans.
When a reporter asked what she was planning to gift her hubby Naga Chaitanya on the 6th of October to celebrate their wedding. She said, “Our new film will go on floors on October 6, which is our wedding anniversary. I consider this as my first-anniversary gift.”
On the work front the couple is even coming together for director Shiva Nirvana’s love story. Talking to the press, the director said, “It’s an intense love story and I wrote the script keeping Chay [Naga Chaitanya] and Sam [Samantha] in mind. In fact, before I began narrating the script, I told Chaitanya, ‘Samantha heroine character chesthe next level ki veluthundi movie (If Sam plays the female lead, the movie will go to the next level)’. Chaitanya loved the script and so did Sam.”
