The view is that of floral blooms, thick hemlines with intricate gotta patti work, big jewellery pieces that could double as crowns, and thin but statement fringed borders that glammed up an 80’s bride like your maa.
Sabyasachi is every Indian bride’s dream designer for a reason and the maestro has proven this time and again, including now. The amount of work and detailing he has put in the jewellery designs and even lehenga borders are beyond beautiful. Who knew that so many colours and hand embroidery could fit into a space as small as a few inches?!
