With hardly two months left for the next big Bollywood shaadi, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are quite busy with their wedding preps. Not only them, even their respective families are busy planning every little detail of the massive fiesta that the #DeepVeer wedding will be. We know they plan to keep it intimate, but let’s not forget that it’s Ranveer and Deepika that we’re talking about!

The latest buzz on the wedding is that Ranveer’s parents wish to have a traditional Sindhi wedding, with all the customs and rituals including Saanth. Saanth is a rasam which is performed by Sindhis a day before the wedding. It includes tying an anklet on the bride and groom’s right leg and at the end of the ceremony their clothes are torn by friends and relatives. They say it’s done to bring good luck and bid goodbye to the evil.
Now that will be quite an interesting and fun thing to see. We can totally imagine our Gully Boy tearing apart his clothes himself!
The couple is all set to tie the knot on November 20, 2018, at Lake Como in Italy and will follow it up with a grand reception in Mumbai and Bangalore. Stay tuned for all the deets.
