Priyanka Chopra has literally not given anybody a reason to NOT remember her name. I mean, first of all, she’s a sass-queen, she’s a global star and she’s so true to herself, people relate to her on personal level now. But with all due respect, the announcer at 69th Primetime Emmy Awards still couldn’t get it right. We often hear Pri-yanka Cho-w-pra instead of Priyanka Chopra, which works, but when you say ‘Pri-yanka Chopa’ and ignore that little ‘R’ there, now that’ll be in the news because Twitter…
But aside from that, PC nailed her red carpet look at Emmys with her usual pizzazz. She walked the carpet in a unique, figure-hugging custom-made white Balmain gown with a feather skirt train. She absolutely dazzled in Lorraine Schwartz’s 62 carat emerald-cut diamond earrings and 16 carat diamond ring.
Priyanka’s full-sleeved white ensemble was adorned with crystals. Her shiny look was styled by celebrity stylist, Cristina Ehrlich. Don’t forget to notice her sleek ponytail and Fall make-up shades (red-plum on the eyes, which is a mix of Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks in Burnished Bronze Rs 5,559 and in Plum) with matching dark purple matte lips by make-up artist, Pati Dubroff.
Priyanka took her spellbinding look to the stage alongside Blackish actor, Anthony Anderson and presented the award for Outstanding Variety Talk Series to John Oliver for his show, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver at the Microsoft Theater.
And she definitely didn’t forget her signature twirl on the red carpet.
