Two years ago, an incident occurred that made everyone wish it was an April Fool’s hoax. However, it wasn’t. Popular TV soap ‘Balika Vadhu’ actress, Pratyusha Banerjee hanged herself to death on the 1st of April, 2016. It has been two years since the shocking news made way to us and people are still waiting for the judicial system to come out with a verdict that will give her justice. No matter how long that will take, prayers and greetings from family and friends are still coming in.
Pratyusha’s boyfriend, Rahul Raj Singh, has allegedly been accussed of the actresses’ death but no judgement has been passed by the judiciary on it, yet.
Her best friend, Kamya Punjabi took to Instagram to wish for justice on her 2nd death anniversary yesterday. Kamya seemed absolutely furious about not having even a single trial in these two years. In her post, she asked all her fans to not take their life for granted. Definitely not just for love. She asked Pratyusha to ‘not rest in peace‘. Here is what her full post reads:
