A birthday is always a special occasion and Alia Bhatt’s girl gang made sure to make the day memorable for her as the actress turned 27 today. Alia decided to ring in her special day with her BFFs Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, Meghna Goyal along with sister Shaheen Bhatt. It looks like, the friends planned a road trip together and showered the Gully Boy actress with all the love.

Adorable, right? Even though bae Ranbir Kapoor is missing from the celebrations, we’re sure the couple has something special planned once Alia gets back to the bay.
Alia’s mother Soni Razdan took to her Instagram handle and shared a cute picture of the actress along with a heartfelt note for her ‘baby girl’. She wrote, ‘Happy Birthday my baby girl! To me this is how you will always feel. A sweet little baby that I need to look after and make sure your life is going as per plan. Of course these days I am not required to look after you much and that’s as it should be.”
She also wrote that as a mom, she would always wish for her daughter to stay safe and healthy particularly in these days of health anxiety. Given the panic surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, we all are a little worried.
“Wish you all happiness my darling, you work so hard doing what you do. This year I hope you have a super successful year and also have a little more time for yourself. To breathe, to relax and to just do nothing once in a while. So cheers to that! Lots of love always and always … Mama,” she further wrote in her wish.
Aww! Besides her birthday, Alia had another reason to celebrate as she bagged the Best Actress Award -Viewers Choice at the Zee Cine Awards 2020 for her performance in Gully Boy. We wish you a very Happy Birthday Alia, and congratulations on the much-deserved win!
