Now it’s only natural that once every now and then, the choices of her kids reflect in her fashion statements too, and looks like that’s exactly what happened! We noticed a detail in Mira Kapoor’s latest outfit that led us to believe it, and we are wondering now if daughter Misha had a say in picking her mum’s clothes. Guess we will never truly know, but let’s take a look.

While out in the city for a dinner date with Shahid Kapoor, the duo struck a few poses for the cameras, but what instantly caught our eye was Mira Kapoor’s relaxed yet suave outfit. Wearing an overlapped mini skirt with stitch detailing, the young mum rocked a look perfect for summer. Fair, considering Mumbai has a suitable temperature too for anyone who wishes to don a mini skirt this time of the year.
The hero of her OOTN, however, was the shirt. Featuring cartoons, or mini Pink Panther motifs if you may, the white button-down was bound to make us do a double take. Not only did it work as the contrasting companion her black skirt needed, but it also made for a case of fun fashion. But also, do you believe us now when we say Misha could have been involved? Just saying.
On the makeup and accessories front, Mira Kapoor kept it simple with a pair of white sneakers and a black sling bag for her belongings. Her glowing skin and minimal makeup look worked perfectly with the casual OOTN.
