TV actor Parth Samthaan is undoubtedly the heartthrob of the telly world. He amassed a huge fan following in his debut on MTV, Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan. Ever since he started playing Anurag Basu in Ekta Kapoor’s popular soap opera Kasautii Zindagii Kay, he’s become the uncrowned king of the small screen.

Recently, Parth made another one of his dreams come true. The actor recently bought his first house in Mumbai as a gift for his parents. Sharing pictures of the new house on Instagram, he wrote,
“Gift to my Parents —-MY FIRST HOUSE IN MUMBAI😁😁🙏 This feeling is beyond happiness! Since the time one travels to a new city to aspire his/her dream .. you are always away from your home .. and while pursuing your dream you want to get your ‘home sweet home’ asap.. In an interview with a daily earlier this year, Parth had spoken about his relationship with his mother. The actor said, “I share a very close bond with my mother and I am a typical mama’s boy. I am extremely attached to my mother and she is a superwoman for me. She will always be the number one woman in my life. I always strive to make my mother proud of me and bring a smile on her face. She is my best friend.”
On the work front, Parth is basking in the success of Kasautii Zindagi Kay. He even won an award with co-star Erica Fernandes (who plays Prerna) for the Best Jodi at the Indian Telly Award. He’s also working on two web series titled Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan 3 and Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain 2.
The actor is immensely popular with female fans. When asked how he deals with the attention, Parth said, “I have received loads of proposals. It’s insane! I have crazy fans across the country. People are generally mad for Bollywood stars, not so much for television actors…but everyone has been really sweet to me. But when fans come to the point of slitting their wrists, I don’t like it.”
