Television actress Niti Taylor gave us all a nice surprise back in August when she announced her wedding. Niti, who became a household name after her portrayal of Nandini Murthy in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, tied the knot with fiance Parikshit Bawa on August 13. The wedding was an intimate affair owing to the pandemic, but it was a gorgeous shaadi. How do we know that? The actress recently gave us a glimpse of her lockdown wedding and it was nothing less than magical.
She shared her wedding video on Instagram and wrote, “My journey from Miss to Mrs is complete. I'd like to share with all my well wishers that I tied the knot with Parikshit on 13 August, 2020. We had a very small, quiet and intimate wedding with just our parents, aka, Covid wedding. I can finally say out loud, Hello Husband. Making my own happiness in 2020.”
She also wrote about why she kept her marriage a secret, “I'm announcing this late because we were hoping that the COVID-19 pandemic would die down sooner and we could celebrate in a big way - but hoping for a better 2021.”

Look at these gorg pictures! Niti and Parikshit look oh-so in love.
The couple got engaged exactly a year ago on the same day they got married (August 13). Talking to a media portal in an interview, Niti said that the original plan was to have a lavish wedding in October but they changed their plan because of the pandemic. “We were planning to get married at the end of October. However owing to the Covid-19 situation and understanding that it won’t improve drastically, we decided to advance the wedding and exchange nuptial vows on our engagement date. It wasn’t, of course, the best way since both our sisters couldn’t join us for the wedding, but we do plan to celebrate with everyone when the situation improves.”
Back in August, Niti had shared her pictures in the bridal attire but did not mention anything about the wedding. At the time, several fans speculated that the pictures were from her shaadi, and turns out that they were right.
Coming to her shaadi attire, Niti’s bridal outfit was pastel perfection. She wore a soft pink embroidered lehenga designed by Payal Keyal. Along with the matching net dupatta, the Ishqbaaz actress also wore another golden-beige dupatta that further added the much-needed glam to her bridal look. The new bride’s not-so OTT jewellery matched perfectly with the lehenga and looked ethereal. Take a look!
For her makeup, Niti with pink smokey eyelids and dark brown lips. She tied her hair in a tight low bun and accesorised it with pink flowers and baby’s breath.
TBH, we loved how Niti matched her makeup with her attire. If you want to recreate her look for any of your shaadi functions, here are some products that will help you achieve a similar look.
Niti truly looked like a vision on her wedding, and we wish her and Parikshit a happy married life.
