Before his happily-ever-after began, the Udta Punjab actor had quite the controversial love life. From Priyanka Chopra Jonas to Kareena Kapoor Khan, he dated several leading ladies of Bollywood. Among all those, there is one actress in particular who Ishaan Khatter, his half-brother, is extremely fond of!

Just like his brother, Ishaan Khatter too managed to charm the entire film fraternity. He made his debut in Bollywood with Beyond The Clouds but gained notable recognition with Dhadak. Recently, Ishaan made an appearance on BFFs With Vogue and got up, close and personal with the chat show’s host Neha Dhupia. She asked him some interesting questions about his journey in Bollywood and also didn’t shy away from prompting him to spill the beans about his private life.
Neha took Ishaan by surprise when she started inquiring about Shahid Kapoor’s ex-girlfriends. When he was asked by Neha to name his favourite among his brother’s exes, Ishaan was tongue-tied. He struggled with the question but finally admitted that it was Priyanka Chopra who was his favourite. Sorry, Kareena! We almost thought it was you. *wink*
Ishaan said, “Oh gosh! Like the most, I cannot say, but I had the friendliest equation with Priyanka Chopra.” This was quite a confession to make as Priyanka and Shahid never made their relationship official. Cat’s finally out of the bag, I guess!

After dating Kareena Kapoor Khan for several years, Shahid Kapoor got married to Mira Rajput in 2015, and together, they are parents to daughter Misha and son Zain Kapoor. Whereas, PeeCee married American singer Nick Jonas in Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan in December last year. Looks like everyone found their happy ending after all!
On the chat show, Ishaan Khatter also revealed his idea of the perfect girl: “The truth is that I like girls that are honest, funny, real, relaxed, chilled out and passionate. I guess I would like anyone to be that way. Same qualities I would look in a friend also!”
According to the grapevine, Ishaan is dating Boney Kapoor’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor. Both of them co-starred in Janhvi’s debut film Dhadak in 2018, and since then, have been spending a lot of quality time together. Although Janhvi and Ishaan have denied rumours, their public appearances suggest otherwise.
On the work front, Ishaan Khatter will next begin filming for Vishal Bharadwaj’s untitled web series.
