It's officially Diwali season and we are thrilled. The taash ke patte are out, gorgeous ethnic outfits along with stunning jewellery to go with it have been picked and it's a fun time all around. I mean even the weather is cooperating because the nip in the air doesn't refer to anything else except Diwali, right?! We are not the only ones celebrating though.
B-town has been painting the town in all shades of gorgeous at the parties this year. Now, Manish Malhotra hosted a bash at his place in Mumbai and all the glitterati were there looking their stunning best.

This Diwali sucks as the malls and shops are not so full. This time is called the 18 per cent wala gst Diwali. Keep paying bank loans, staff salaries and gst. No money for yourself bro 😫😫😫😫😪. Anyways not your problem... you enjoy 😎..#manishmalhotra celebrates #Diwali with his close pals. #viralbhayani @viralbhayani
From Vaani Kapoor and Karan Johar to Ekta Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty everyone turned up and we've got all the photos for you. Also, Diwali outfit inspo anyone?!
Vaani Kapoor wore a printed white kurta and pants set. With a plunging neckline and balloon sleeves, she was looking super trendy yet understated.
Salman's sister, Arpita Khan was there too in a black and gold outfit shining bright at night.
Shilpa Shetty ditched her unusual take on saree this time but put on a crinkled skirt with an off-white printed kurta, keeping it hot and casual. Raj Kundra got his desi swag to the party in a black kurta payjama.
Karan Johar took it up a notch and didn't go with the Indian theme but wore super cool pants with a printed oversized jacket. Also, we love those rimmed glasses!
The Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety actor wore a floor-length fuchsia dress and looked as cute as a button. We love a girl who holds two drinks because what are two hands for?
Tahira Kashyap wore a teal off-shoulder, floor-length dress and looked absolutely gorgeous too. For jewellery, she kept it simple by just putting on a bangle and tiny drop earrings. YASS KWEEN!
Ekta Kapoor was also a part of the festivities and we love this camaraderie within the film fraternity.
Sophie Choudry wore a peach kameez with pants for the celebrations. Now, if you want to take a lesson or two on how to keep it minimal, fresh and understated; bookmark this look!
And here are just a few other photos the celebrities posted on their Instagram stories for us to get a sneak-peek into their fun evening.
So, Happy Diwali to you all. We hope it is lit! ❤
