The nation celebrated the festival of colours with great zest and vigour yesterday. Holi is one Indian festival where people from all walks of life come together and channel their inner child...and our favourite television actors were no different. While some of them could not celebrate this festival owing to their busy shooting schedules, others went all out celebrating with their friends and family.

A family affair for Kamya Panjabi

Bigg Boss fame actor Kamya Panjabi, who recently tied the knot with her beau Shalabh Dang, celebrated her first Holi as a newlywed. She posted pictures with her husband and her sister Sonia Panjabi doused in bright colours. Seems like a fun-filled fam bam! 

Mahhi Vij & Jay Bhanushali marked their baby girl's first Holi

You know what's more special than your first Holi as newlyweds? Celebrating the festival for the first time after the birth of your child. Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali's Holi was a special one owing to their daughter Tara--they kept it minimal with the colours, but Mahhi posted a 'Holi special' TikTok video featuring her little bundle of joy!

Although fans have been dying for a Holi picture of Kapil Sharma's family this year..especially after the birth of his baby girl. However, the comedian possibly wanted to keep his child first Holi private and special. He did post a picture with the entire team of The Kapil Sharma Show celebrating on set.

Sanaya Irani's Holi was lit AF!

Miley Jab Hum Tum actor and stunner Sanaya Irani celebrated the festival not only with her husband Mohit Sehgal, but also with her Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon co-star Barun Sobti, Akshay Dogra, Meiyang Chang, Ridhi Dogra, Rajat Barmecha and Rohan Shah. The colour-laden faces in the pictures are proof that the gang certainly had a good time!

Nia Sharma's glam Holi

While most of us don old clothes and look like swamp monsters on the festival of colours, Naagin actor Nia Sharma looked glamorous as ever in a white net saree and a bright blue blouse. She donned electric blue eyeshadow on her eyelids and captioned the picture "Verified
Playing Holi with all my colorful liners and eyeshadows!!". Later, she posted a video of her wearing a white romper and sunglasses, throwing a fistful of gulaal at the camera. We're definitely taking notes from her to up our Holi game next year!
