It’s only natural for certain outfits to not make an impression sometimes but one thing is for certain: there’s always a next time to step up the style quotient. Here’s taking a look at the appearances that stood out and the ones that almost did.
Priyanka Chopra
Flaunting a head-to-toe monochrome look, Priyanka Chopra added a colourful accent to her look, courtesy a vibrant handbag from Fendi. Structured and big enough to hold the essentials, it certainly highlighted the actress’s black pantsuit, one she teamed with minimal jewellery.
Our verdict: A hit.
Karisma Kapoor
Speaking of monochrome, Karisma Kapoor too, took her all-black separates out for an at-home look, though she added a bit of bling to it through her jacket. A fit ideal for those looking to screenshot and save party-dressing ideas for later, this one is sure to rank high up. And just BTW, we aren’t missing out on that bright lip colour either!
Our verdict: A (party-perfect) hit!
Disha Patani
Monochrome doesn’t always work the way you want it to and a proof of it is Disha Patani’s recent look. The Bollywood actress wore a bright-hued tracksuit while out and about in the city but given its bulky appearance and the all-over orange, the look didn’t quite work out. Come to think of it, a tee or top in a solid colour, think black or white may have. Perhaps next time!

Kiara Advani
Usually one to leave an impression, Kiara Advani’s recent appearance this week failed to do so and we fault the frumpy, creased trousers in a drab colour for it. Though to give credit where it’s due, the actress’s waist up look is ideal for virtual meetings, and one that could have worked with a good fit of trousers.

Tara Sutaria
Cool, casual and easy—that’s how Tara Sutaria worked tried-and-tested separates in her recent appearance and we certainly feel like a leaf could be taken out of her style guide! Ideal for the withdrawing summer, it’s definitely one laidback outfit idea to try before winter finally hits.

Suhana Khan
Suhana Khan is no stranger to making basics work in her favour. Remember the LBD which she worked like a pro? Add to the list her recent look (or should we say throwback) as seen on her Instagram. A tee, a pair of jeans and a sling rarely ever disappoint!

Sara Ali Khan
Returning from shoots, Sara Ali Khan landed in Mumbai dressed in the go-to athleisure that airport looks are made of. Pared down (a tad bit too much), the actress’s mismatched look didn’t quite make it, given her usually fashion-forward outings.
