You know you are a 90s kid when you can hear Asmani Rang Ho and Ishq Leta Hain Kaise Imtihaan playing in your head the moment someone talks about Dill Mill Gayye. Thoughts of dating someone like Dr Armaan Malik to 'if Mohnish Bahl were my dad' had crossed my mind in those days. Everyone in class used to discuss the episodes because, of course, we were all crushing on the ultimate bad boy.
A lot has changed since then; different shows, different generation but nothing has managed to charm us as much as Riddhima and Armaan's love story. So much so that, when yesterday, the show celebrated its 11 year anniversary, we went ahead and found out what the cast of DMG looks like now and what are they up to.
Shilpa Anand, our very first Riddhima, is currently enjoying her family life. She was last seen in a music video Over Under by Tarsem Jassar in 2016.
The second Riddhima, Sukriti Kandpal has been a part of many popular TV shows since DMG including Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahani. She was last seen in Kaala Teeka - Umeed Ka Naya Daur season 2 in 2017.
Jennifer Winget was the third Riddhima who stole (and is stealing) everyone's heart both, on and off-screen. Jennifer has been the leading lady of many shows since DMG including Beyhadh and Bepannah. She is currently busy playing the role of gorgeous Zoya in Bepannah.
Now happily married to Bollywood diva Bipasha Basu, Karan Singh Grover is an all-time adventurer. He travels a lot with wifey Bips and his last film was 3 Dev.
The chirpy Gujju Muskaan Chadda's role was effortlessly essayed by Drashti Dhami, who was also a part of Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi and Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. She's currently working on her TV show Silsila. Recently, she also made a special appearance in an ongoing show Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.
Sunaina Gulia aka Dr Anjali has been busy with her modelling assignments and her awesome life.
The funky Dr Atul Joshi aka Pankit Thakker was last seen in Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant which premiered from 2016 to 2017 on Life Ok.
Who knew Bollywood's bad guys could make such good dads! Mohnish Bahl has done many TV shows and films since DMG including Kuch Toh Log Kahenge opposite Kriti Kamara, Savdhaan India and Hoshiyar... Sahi Waqt, Sahi Kadam. His last film was Salman Khan's Jai Ho.
Sonia Singh who played the love interest of Dr Shubhankar Rai and later his partner in DMG, has been a part of multiple TV shows before and after Dill Mill Gayye. She was last seen in Sher E Punjab - Maharaja Ranjit Singh which aired on Life OK in 2017 and currently she's working on her upcoming project Laal Ishq.
Ayaz Khan who played the senior doctor of Sanjeevani in Dill Mill Gayye is now seen as Madhav in the popular TV show Yeh Hai Mohobbatein.
