After accepting their crush on each other, Ranbir finally accepted his relationship status with Alia saying, "It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to overspeak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit."
When he was further asked what’s the best thing about being newly in love, he said, "It always comes with a lot of excitement. It’s a new person, it comes with new beats. Old tricks become new tricks again – you know, being charming and romantic, all of that. I think I’m more balanced today. I value relationships more. I can appreciate hurt and what it does to a person much more than I could a couple years back."
While people are still confused about how and why it happened as Ranbir is Alia's BFF, Katrina Kaif's ex. However, Katrina shocked everyone by her Instagram story in which she posted a picture of Alia's Raazi success article from a newspaper and wrote 'well deserved' and recently, the two clicked a picture together at Sonam Kapoor's wedding. Looks like Katrina is in a healthy space in her life and is nursing no grudges against Alia or Ranbir. Despite the fact that Ranbir-Katrina ended their relationship on a bitter note, seems like Katrina is choosing friendship over love and that's applaudable!
Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor also gave her approval to the couple much before anybody else. She attended Alia's birthday party on the sets of Brahmasutra in Bulgaria and then on Alia's mother's day post for her mom Soni Razdan, she left her lovely comment. Again, on Alia Bhatt's recent Insta-post with her dog Picca, Neetu Kapoor left another comment, to which Alia also replied with sweet emojis. So, looks like we'll keep seeing Neetu Kapoor's comments on Alia's post more often now.
With mommy Kapoor giving her nod to the relationship and dad Rishi Kapoor praising the Bhatt family on Twitter all of a sudden, how could Ranbir's sister Riddhima Kapoor resist Alia's charm?! Riddhima Kapoor, who is jewellery designer and married to a Delhi based businessman, sent a stunning bracelet as a gift to Alia.
It's good to see that couple has made their relationship more loud and clear with each passing day. And looks like we have another perfect Bollywood couple to gush about. Say hello to Ralia!
