It doesn't take much for things to get heated up inside the Bigg Boss house, but this time, it has gone a little too far. While the reality show is quickly moving towards the first finale, the ones inside the house are willing to do anything to stay in the show, resulting in a lot of fights. This time around, TV ki bahu Devoleena Bhattacharjee has crossed the line by slapping Shehnaaz Gill during a task.
In last night's episode, Devoleena was seen slapping Shehnaaz during the Snakes and Ladders task. All the contestants were asked to make ladders in order to win the game. They could also destroy the ladders made by other contestants, so this is when the fights began. It started with Paras breaking Siddharth's ladder. The latter, however, had warned Paras that he would break everyone's ladder if anyone destroys his work. The task took an extremely ugly turn after Siddharth went on to destroy Devoleena's ladder. This then triggered Devoleena, who in turn broke Shehnaaz's ladder. The two got into a physical fight. After about 4-5 attempts, Devoleena eventually slapped Shehnaaz, which did not go down well with a lot of housemates, as well as netizens.
Those who have been following the show for years know for a fact that getting physically aggressive with housemates can lead to immediate eviction from the Bigg Boss house. People, therefore, took to Twitter and demanded Devoleena's ouster from the house even before the show was telecast. A promo of the episode that showed Devoleena hitting Shehnaaz was released on Colors TV's Instagram and many expressed their rage on the same.
While one wrote, "Plz bigg Boss devo Ko nikalo," another wrote, “Devoleena ko ye task ki tara khelna chahiye, Shehnaaz ko kyu maar rahi hai". Others also questioned Bigg Boss for not intervening.
