TV actress Chhavi Mittal Hussein, also the co-founder of YouTube channel Shitty Ideas Trending, shared an important milestone of her life on Instagram. Chhavi had a difficult labour and delivery, where her husband was not allowed in the delivery room and she was medicated without consent. She gave birth to a healthy baby, but the incident left her shook. She shared her story on Instagram a few weeks ago and now she has now posted the first picture with her one-month-old son, Arham. In this heart-warming photo, she can be seen hugging the toddler and giving him a kiss on his cheek.
Her caption said, “One month ago today this little “potli” like I fondly call him since he’s always bundled up like one, came into my arms. Today he’s a big boy one-month-old! Can you imagine! Today we’re a strong team and together we have already overcome one big hurdle of “latching problems”. And together we’re now addressing the big problem of sleepless nights! Phew…”
The actress also had a little something to say about their sleeping patterns, including the fact that he slept through the cake cutting that his older sister, Areeza Hussein (6), had organised for him, “I’m sure the time is not far when we both will get continuous sleep for at least 6 hours! How lovely will that be… For now, we’re joined at the hip 24 hrs a day, and I look forward to every moment of knowing him… How he looks when he sleeps, feeds, stretches, sneezes, coughs, looks up, and what a gentleman he looks like when I comb his hair 😋 Btw, big sister Areeza had a cake cutting ceremony for him, which he slept through!” Aww, so cute!
Chhavi and Arham’s journey has been a difficult one with the actress giving birth to him during the tenth month of her pregnancy with a forced C-section. She shared how her husband of 14 years, Mohit, wasn’t allowed in the OT when she was giving birth and how she felt extremely uncomfortable and alienated during the experience of childbirth due to her surroundings.
“To be loved, respected and cared for when they get ready to birth another human. And if you have been in my place at some point in your life, please share my story and let it reach out. And hold my hand in spreading this message of love from one woman, a mother, to another,” the actress wrote on Instagram.
The mommy and baby are doing well now and Chhavi is using the micro-blogging site to document her journey of motherhood with both her kids. Follow her for more cute pictures!
