By now, it is safe to establish that the COVID-19 outbreak has disrupted our lives like never before. All of a sudden everyone is working from their homes, the roads are nearly empty, no one's going out of the house and even if you try to, there's hardly any place to go. Literally, every place from gyms to malls has been shut down in most cities amongst the pandemic scare. And while we can still do without eating out or shopping right now, what is to happen to our work out routines remains a big question. To add to it, our daily movements have significantly reduced now that we have been confined to our homes and that just makes it all the worse for our fitness.
Fortunately, Bollywood has come to our rescue as we worry about our missed out gyms and Zumba classes. Right from Vicky Kaushal to Katrina Kaif, Bollywood celebs have started posting workout videos and fitness videos on social media so as to help and inspire their followers during the quarantine period. Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif teamed up with her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala to share a 20-minute workout routine to help her fans stay healthy during the quarantine period. Stressing on the importance of working out during the stressful times, Kaif said, "You don't have to stress your body, but even a little workout is really good for your immunity." Kangana Ranaut is in Manali right now and while she socially isolates herself during the pandemic, she hasn't stopped training at all. The actress took to Instagram to post a workout video in which she can be seen training with Siddharth Singh, her go-to trainer for whenever she is in Manali.
