Eyeshadow palettes have taken a long vacation. That is what we are seeing now in B-town. Scrolling through the beauty feed on Instagram while I was checking out all our fave actresses and their makeup and outfits, I noticed something very weird (weirdly awesome, really). The eye makeup has just taken a minimal train and parked itself at a basic station. We are seeing a lot of cat eyes, kohl-rimmed eyes or just a plain base with voluminous lashes instead of the usual eyeshadow heavy looks we’re so used to seeing. I am absolutely enjoying this new minimal trend. What I love is the fact that this trend is doing the rounds at every kind of event and our divas are making it work with every kind of outfit, however simple or ornate it is!
