Thanks to the extremely successful season last year, fans are already excited about Bigg Boss 14. After being postponed for a month, the reality show may now go on air in October. The makers dropped a couple of teasers recently. And they are promising to change manoranjan ka scene with this season. TBH, we are excited! Bigg Boss lovers will know that gharwalas are supposed to divide household chores–from cooking to cleaning washrooms. Most of their fights are about the chores given to them by the captain of the house or Bigg Boss himself. But, if we go by the latest promo, it looks like the makers are about to change this rule. Yep, you can go back and read that again. The contestants might NOT be doing jhadu-pocha, cleaning of washrooms or cooking. In the new promo, Salman Khan, the eternal host can be seen cleaning and mopping the floor. “Kisne socha tha, humko karna padega jhadu, katka aur pocha, but fikar not. Ab scene paltega, kyunki Bigg Boss denge 2020 ko jawaab (People might be thinking that they would have to do all the cleaning, but don’t worry, things are about to change as Bigg Boss will give a befitting reply to 2020),” says Salman in the promo. In the run-up to the show, the makers have released a lot of pictures and teasers, promising a different Bigg Boss 14. Rumour mills are also abuzz that BB14 contestants have access to the outside world, which has never happened before.

Meanwhile, there have been a lot of speculations about Salman’s remuneration. Reports suggest that Salman is charging a whopping Rs 20 crore per episode. The actor would be paid more if the upcoming season gets an extension like season 13.
According to reports, Bigg Boss 14 will have a lockdown theme and all the contestants will be tested for coronavirus before they enter the house. While the official list of contestants isn’t out yet, celebs like Nia Sharma, Adhyayan Suman and Jasmin Bhasin among others are reportedly in talks with the makers.
