Bollywood sweetheart, Anushka Sharma, has not only stolen the hearts of people in India but she is also adored by her fans abroad. The Zero actress is getting an interactive wax statue at Madame Tussauds, Singapore.
The wax museum is known to be extremely picky when it comes to choosing personalities for its interactive figurines. Anushka made the cut and will be one of the first Indians to receive this honour.
She will be joining A-list celebs such as Oprah Winfrey and Cristiano Ronaldo.
There's also news on how Anushka will be placed at the museum. Sources say that she will be holding a phone. If you pick up the phone, Anushka will give you a warm greeting and make your day! Even though the actress was unreachable for comment, Alex Ward, general manager of Madame Tussauds Singapore said that they are thrilled to be working with Anushka.
Alex added, "She will have the first talking wax figure. Not just families, we also see many young adults from India are coming to our attraction, and this is a great opportunity for us to cater to that audience. Anushka has been frequently requested by our guests and we are sure that she will be an incredibly popular addition to our attraction."
