Farhan Akhtar just made his relationship Insta-official by posting a picture of them together. Although we’ve already seen the picture before on her Instagram, this is the confirmation we’d been waiting for. Hand in hand, alongside a heart emoticon, who knew Farhan was such a romantic?

1. She Is One Half Of A Powerful Sibling Duo
Shibani’s sister is the famous VJ, singer, and actress, Anusha Dandekar. The two sisters were last seen together in the song Chavanprash from the movie, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero. They often host and VJ events together, which makes them twice as fun!
2. Her Sisters And Her Had A Band
Anyone remember D-Major? Well, the Dandekar sisters – Anusha, Shibani and Apeksha had a band back in 2010 and they released some hit covers and originals. Eventually, the band fell apart and Anusha decided to venture out solo into the world of music and is now a successful VJ. Shibani, on the other hand, began hosting TV shows.
3. She Grew Up Across The World
She was born in Pune but lived across the world during her younger years, from London to Australia and Africa. While working on American TV Shows, she lived in New York for over 10 years before moving back to India in order to focus on her career in the country.
4. She’s Has Hosted Various Famous TV Shows & Events
From AXN’s Men 2.0, Style and the city, Namaste America, V Desi, Asian Variety Show, An Evening With Shah Rukh Khan in Atlantic City to Indian Premier League, Shibani has quite a few feathers in her hat. She was also a mentor at Top Model India. Currently, she is hosting The Stage.
5. Remember Her In Khatron Ke Khiladi?
She also turned out to be quite the daredevil when she was a contestant on Khatron Ke Khiladi in 2017. Shibani also participated in celebrity dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 in 2012 where she shook a leg with her choreographer, Punit who has he has since been seen in movies like ABCD and ABCD 2.
6. Her Acting Debut Was Roy
She made her acting debut, after the dance numbers she had done in movies like Timepass and Sangarsh, with the romantic thriller, Roy. The movie starred Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. Shibani played the role of Zoya in the film, followed by which she was seen in Noor and Shaandaar as Shahid Kapoor’s co-choreographer and friend.
