Au contraire to popular belief that pink is a colour on the brighter side of the spectrum, was a look that was just as pink and just as pretty. And who was the wearer of this perfect shade, you ask? Why Alia Bhatt, of course!
The promotions of Gully Boy, starring the actress and Ranveer Singh, are in full swing and that means that the duo is out and about serving lewks on a regular basis. If you recall, there was Ranveer channelling his Gully Boy avatar, Alia’s black and white best that made for a perfect OOTD, and well, just so much more.

The young actress is no stranger to Cinderella moments of her own, and if anything, her latest look was an addition to the genre. Styled by Ami Patel and wearing a beaded pink dress from ANNAKIKI’s Spring Summer 2019 collection, Alia Bhatt looked like a real-life princess indeed. The off-shoulder mini dress with a corset-imitating bodice, an upfront zipper and beaded details made for a stunning OOTD. In addition was also a breezy trail featuring engineered pleats that made for a skirt-like attire.

Lest you miss it, the OOTD also included a pair of out-there green heels that added a pop of colour to her pastel pink dress. For everyone who thought pink was restricted to bright shades, the Gully Girl’s look was both a pleasant surprise as well as a lesson in dressing up in powdered pastel hues of the colour. And we aren’t quite done yet.

ANNAKIKI’s Instagram also featured a super cool and unconventional styling trick for wearing the same dress as Alia Bhatt wore. Dress paired with pants, or in this case, with a pair of athleisure-inspired joggers for all those fashion enthusiasts who like to experiment!
Anyhow, when it comes to the Gully Boy actress’s fashion look, we are pretty sure she could pull off the Princess Diaries life. I mean, just look at her OOTD, will you?
