From pet-friendly cafes to hotels, the world is getting more pet-positive. Now there’s some great news for all animal lovers and pet owners. A marketing company in Minnesota, USA recently introduced an innovative new employee benefit: fur-ternity leave. Yes, you heard that right!
The idea for ‘Fur-ternity Leave’ came after an employee asked if he could stay home to get his new dog acclimated to his new home environment.
This is no different from maternity leave. Pet owners will get leaves so they can make their furry friends adapt to their new homes. You know what that means? Pet lovers will have more down time with their furry friends when they bring them home and it’ll make be a happy time for both.
