A day after giving us a flashback to their Konkani wedding, Bollywood’s most-loved couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, have done it once again. As planned, the couple reached Amritsar to celebrate the second day of their wedding anniversary. Earlier today, during the wee hours of the morning, the two were spotted seeking blessings at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Offering Prayers As Per Sindhi Tradition
DeepVeer were snapped offering prayers inside the Golden Temple as they looked adorably regal. While Deepika looked like a Sikhni in a magenta/deep pink Salwar-Kurta, Ranveer was seen donning a Nehru jacket. DP looked like a million bucks in her suit that sparkled just as much the glow on her face. Ranveer, on the other hand, complemented his wifey by opting for a floral printed attire that looked subtle and royal. While inside the temple, the two were seen taking prashad in their hands. Hours after offering prayers at the Balaji Temple in Tirupati yesterday, DeepVeer had left for Amritsar. The two were spotted at Amritsar airport later during the evening as they twinned in black. Here is a picture shared by one of the billion fans.
Just like in Amritsar, DP looked equally gorgeous at Tirupati as well. She draped a red saree along with heavy gold jewellery. Ranveer, on the other hand, stole the show in his golden and white sherwani. The duo was seen colour-coordinating their outfits on both days. Yesterday, Deepika also took to Instagram to share the special moment and wrote, “As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara. Thank You all for your love, prayers and good wishes!”
The only words that come to my mind when I see these two together are, ‘Nazar Na Lage’. Happy Anniversary, once again, DeepVeer!
