Ankita Lokhande has been the talk of the town ever since she made her Bollywood debut opposite Kangana Ranaut in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. She beautifully portrayed the role of Jhalkaribai, a woman warrior, and garnered a lot of appreciation and love from the audience for her performance in the film. The Pavitra Rishta actress also made the headlines after she confirmed her relationship with boyfriend Vikas Jain (Vicky).
Vicky is a businessman and co-owner of the Mumbai Tigers in Box Cricket League. Ankita and Vicky were friends for a long time even before they started dating. According to the grapevine, the duo might even get hitched this year. In an earlier interview, when Ankita was asked about Vicky and her plans to get married, she had said, "He is a very nice guy. He is a businessman from Bilaspur. Yes, I am in love and you will get to know about it when the time is right.”
The time has come! Recently, Ankita posted a few pictures with her beau, in which Vicky can be seen going down on one knee and holding Ankita's hand. It is quite evident that Vicky was proposing to his ladylove. The actress shared the photos on Instagram and wrote, "I will think about it 😛😛😛😛 @jainvick 😂❤️"
In another picture that Ankita shared on social media, she can be seen caught in a candid moment with Vicky. The actress gave the sweetest caption to this adorable click, “When a weirdo meets weirdo @jainvick”
Awww! Looks like Ankita has finally found ‘the one’.
Recently, the couple attended a friend’s wedding and looked sensational together. One of the videos of the couple from the function went viral on social media, where Ankita was sharing a romantic kiss with Vicky.
Ankita and Vicky recently bought a posh 8-BHK flat in Mumbai's suburbs. A source close to the couple revealed, “The apartment is getting ready and the lovebirds will move into their nest soon after they get married. Both the families are also happy with their union.”
Ankita and Vicky have been together ever since the actress broke up with her ex co-star and boyfriend of six years, Sushant Singh Rajput, in 2016. After dating for four years, Ankita and Sushant were supposed to get married in November 2016. However, instead of the lavish wedding fans were expecting, Sushant announced their breakup. There were a lot of rumours about Ankita having a hard time dealing with the heartbreak after their split, but she put all the rumours to rest, “It affects you a lot. You don't know what's happening with you but it's all there in the papers. However, I actually feel it makes you stronger.”
